LPP recently prevailed in the Illinois Appellate Court freeing our client from a case which alleged that it was liable for accepting the fruits of a fraud after our client purchased the assets of a company heading to bankruptcy in a UCC Article 9 Transaction from the near bankrupt firm’s lender.
Josh Patrick represented the client in the trial court and Peter Syregelas briefed and argued the appeal.
