Jadyn Atteberry joined Lindsay, Pickett & Postel as an Associate Attorney in 2024. She focuses her practice on insurance defense litigation, representing the interests of a variety of insurance clients and self-insured companies in premise, construction, and general liability cases. Prior to joining the firm, Jadyn gained experience litigating a wide variety of civil matters at the State’s Attorney’s Office.

Jadyn graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Statistics and Data Science in 2018. She graduated with a Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2023. During her time in law school, Jadyn served as a Judicial Clerk for Judge Timothy McCarthy in the 10th Judicial District of Kansas. During her final year of law school, Jadyn provided legal assistance for low-income clients at her local legal aid organization.

In her free time, Jadyn enjoys the great outdoors, sand volleyball, and thrifting in new neighborhoods.
