Mikolaj joined the firm in 2025. His practice centers on insurance coverage analysis and defense litigation, guiding clients through intricate policy matters, managing risk, and pursuing effective, strategic resolutions to disputes.

Mikolaj graduated from University of California Santa Barara with a Bachelor of Arts degree and earned his Juris Doctor from Washington University in St. Louis. While in school Mikolaj clerked for a Judge in the St. Louis County Circuit Court, Rolling Meadows Cook County Circuit Court and interned at UC Center Sacramento.

Mikolaj is a devoted Chicago sports fan who cheers for the Bears, Cubs, Bulls, and Blackhawks, and at home, he’s kept busy by his dog and two cats.
