Samit joined Lindsay Pickett & Postel, LLC as an associate attorney in 2024.  He brings his passion and commitment to providing exceptional legal services with a strong background in insurance related matters. Prior to joining the firm, Samit practiced litigating a wide range of defenses cases, including general negligence, defamation, breach of contract, and toxic torts. Samit additionally has experience in advising companies in the retail and hospitality sector.

Samit graduated Cum Laude with a Juris Doctorate from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2022. While in law school he successfully completed a jury trial in the Central District of Illinois and was a law clerk for the Honorable Jason Rossell, the Chief Judge for District 2, in Kenosha, Wisconsin. In 2018, he graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a Minor in Biology.

In his free time, Samit enjoys going to basketball and football games. He also enjoys hiking and traveling to new places.
