Scott joined the firm as a partner in July 2026. His practice has always focused on the defense of litigated matters.  He has successfully defended cases throughout Illinois and in federal courts in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Missouri, and Minnesota.  Prior to starting with the firm, Scott represented defendants in a variety of matters including personal injury matters, employment liability, civil rights, and commercial liability.  His practice currently focuses on civil defense litigation, including the defense of premises liability and construction negligence.

When he is not working Scott spends as much time with his wife and two kids as they will allow. Scott also enjoys traveling and attends as many Chicago Fire games as he can.  Scott also volunteers throughout his community.
