Zoe I. Lis

Zoe Lis has known since she was 15 years old that she wanted to be an attorney. With a passion for reading, writing, and advocacy, she knew that being a lawyer was the best way to use her talents. After graduating with honors from the University of Michigan, she spent a year as a paralegal before heading to law school at the University of Wisconsin. While in law school she was on the executive board of the Jewish Law Students’ Association, holding various positions all three years. She participated in an international commercial arbitration moot court, represented a federal criminal defendant in the Federal Appellate Clinic, and obtained a certificate from Christie’s Education in Art Law. Zoe’s prior legal experience includes an internship at the Chicago Transit Authority, insurance defense litigation, probate litigation, and estate planning. Her appreciation for contract analyzing has led her to LPP in June of 2026 to practice insurance coverage.

When not at work, she enjoys crocheting, dance classes, and reading any fiction book she can get her hands on.
