Brendan Ross joined Lindsay, Pickett & Postel, LLC in 2019. His practice focuses primarily on insurance coverage litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Brendan worked at an insurance defense firm, representing corporations in matters of premises liability, construction injury, product liability, and automobile/trucking accidents. He also has experience on the plaintiff’s side of the courtroom, handling personal injury, breach of contract, and other civil matters.

Brendan was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. He earned his degree in Economics at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 2005. He earned his J.D. at Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2012. Brendan is licensed to practice in Illinois, as well as the federal courts in the Northern District of Illinois, Central District of Illinois, and Northern District of Indiana.

Brendan enjoys being involved in the legal community and has volunteered his efforts to help law students at Western Michigan University Law School in the Skills Academy program, aiding in their negotiation, pretrial, and trial skills development.

Brendan and his wife, Brittny, live in the River North neighborhood of Chicago with their daughter, Piercen, and two dogs, Clayton and Knox. In his free time, Brendan enjoys biking, fishing, and many other outdoor activities.
