Kate Crouch earned an early dismissal for a construction company after allegedly negligent sidewalk repair.  Through a thorough analysis of the client’s business records and Google image photos, and coupled with a strong affidavit, Plaintiff’s counsel opted not to oppose dismissal of the allegations against our client.  This aggressive posture from the outset of the case spared our client and its carrier the time and expense of written and oral discovery before making the same arguments on summary judgment, and client and carrier also avoided any exposure in a lawsuit brought by a prominent plaintiff’s firm on behalf of a disabled adult who suffered significant orthopedic injuries.
