Chris Pickett: We were retained to review coverage in response to a $2.3M building collapse claim. We learned during our investigation that the insured misrepresented material facts on the application and while reporting the claim after securing sworn EUO testimony and evidence demonstrating the fraud, the insured stipulated to a judgment withdrawing the claim and rescinding its commercial property policy.
