James Barrow and Jadyn Atteberry Secure Very Early Resolution on Premises Liability Case

Less than two months between file assignment and summary judgment being granted?  That qualifies as a big early resolution win for James Barrow and Jadyn Atteberry on a recent Cook County premises liability case.

In a complicated multiparty matter involving numerous construction companies, James Barrow and Jadyn Atteberry were able to extract our client from a case that was sure to stick around for several years and generate a considerable amount of litigation expense.  Despite the early litigation stage, we argued that there was indisputable evidence that our client did not perform any roadwork, maintenance, repairs, or inspections on the roadway at issue and Plaintiff would not be able to prove otherwise.  LPP was able to rely upon party contracts and road construction engineering plans in order to secure an irrefutable finding by the Court in our favor.  Predictably, the client is thrilled with this result and the speed with which LPP was able to arrive at this excellent outcome.
