New Faces at LPP

It’s been a busy couple of months at Lindsay, Pickett & Postel!  Both our insurance defense and insurance coverage practices are flourishing with activity, and we are pleased to introduce three new attorneys to our clients and friends.

Lindsay, Pickett & Postel is delighted to welcome partner James Barrow to our defense practice.  James arrives with twenty-five years of experience handling complex and high-exposure litigation, including construction, premises liability, transportation liability, and products liability cases.  His trial experience is considerable, with twenty-five first chair jury trials and over one hundred second-chair trials to his name.  Beyond his trial prowess, James also understands the importance of an early resolution and the various tools to bring about a successful resolution short of trial, including dispositive motions and alternative dispute resolution.

James is licensed to practice in Illinois and Indiana, as well as before the federal bar.  We look forward to introducing him to you in the near future.  We expect all will agree that James is a terrific fit to fulfill our firm’s mission and our constant objective to pursue the best possible result efficiently, creatively, and in partnership with our clients.

Two new associate attorneys are doing great work for LPP clients, too.  Lizzie Jedrasek focuses her practice on insurance coverage counseling and litigation.  Prior to arriving at the firm, Lizzie was a law clerk in the Chancery Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County, handling mostly insurance coverage matters.  Lizzie is already a quick study, both in her writing and in the courtroom.

Jadyn Atteberry has also joined our firm’s defense group and has wasted no time in immersing herself in all aspects of civil litigation.  Jadyn clerked for a federal judge in her home state of Kansas and also has experience handling a wide variety of civil litigation matters in the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office.  From file inception through trial, Jadyn will be a valuable asset to our insurance defense clients.
